What is concierge healthcare?
Concierge healthcare offers personalized, one-on-one care with easy access to your provider, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support. It’s designed for busy individuals and families who want high-quality care without the long waits or rushed visits.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes! Most of our services are available through secure telehealth video visits. No app needed-just click the link we text you on the day of your appointment and join from any device with a camera and microphone.
Is this service private and secure?
Yes. All appointments are 100% HIPAA-compliant to keep your personal health information safe and confidential.
Do you accept insurance?
We currently do not accept insurance. However, we offer transparent pricing and affordable membership plans so you know exactly what to expect-no surprise bills.
Can I get prescriptions or lab orders?
Absolutely. If your provider determines it’s medically necessary, prescriptions will be sent to your preferred pharmacy and lab orders can be placed after your visit.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem! Just let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. You can easily cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
